Hand wash printed fabrics in COLD water
Air dry (like nanna does)
It will become softer after each washing
Do not Tumble dry, bleach or wash in HOT water
I bought five of these linen tea towels in four different designs - Tricolore, Lily of the valley, Botanica and two Sunflower (these two are reviewed separately.) I washed them before first use and have now used them all.
The linen is great quality - water absorbent instead of water smearing. The prints are subtle and blend in with my many house plants. I am at the stage of reducing the number of possessions I have and keeping only those items that are of good quality and give pleasure. These all meet those criteria (as do my Actil sheets). A pleasure to look at and to use.
